I thought maybe you would... it doesn't matter. I just thought... you might be able to help us keep it out of the wrong hands. Titroxinate was the pre-patent name for the weaponized agent we think was responsible for the rakghoul plague. The Empire could fashion it into a terrible weapon - turning our soldiers into monsters and setting them against us. Meteor Where's the arms dealer who's selling this stuff? Welkinsr I'm more worried about his source. Barsen'thor So, how do we stop that? Welkins We've traced the original Titroxinate samples to an old ChemWorks factory. It's overrun with nexu; we can't get near it. If you can retrieve any canisters that remain, the Republic will see you're well rewarded for your effort.

Summary

	Welkins was a male human who lived during the Cold War The Cold War Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) . Shortly before the end of the war Welkins served as the agent for the Republic Galactic Republic Organization Galaxy-Wide Organizations Strategic Information Service Strategic Information Service (SIS) Organization Galactic Republic (GGW, CW and GW) and was assigned to the planet of Taris Taris Planet . The planet's huge ecumenopolis was at the time still under reconstruction as part of the Taris Resettlement Initiative Taris Resettlement Initiative Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) after the devastating bombardment Destruction of Taris Event Old Sith Wars by the Sith Lord Darth Malak Malak (Human) Character Major Characters during the Jedi Civil War Jedi Civil War Event Old Sith Wars . Whilst on the planet Welkins learned of the sale of a chemical known as Titroxinate, which was believed to have partially caused the Rakghoul Rakghoul Creature Non-sentient plague, on the black market. Investigating the sales he eventually discovered that the source of the chemical being used by the sellers was an ancient ChemWorks Factory, which was soon to collapse, but still contained canisters of Titroxinate. Stationed at Waypoint Station Draay, the closest Republic outpost to the factory, Welkins hoped to retrieve the chemicals from the factory and asked that a group of Republic operatives Republic Operatives Organization Temporary Unions do so whilst they were there. The group traveled to the factory where they fought numerous Nexu Nexu Creature Non-sentient and Rakghouls and successfully recovered the Titroxinate stored there.
